relating to higher education; appropriating money to
the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota
for student outreach.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$6,500,000 in fiscal year 2006 and $13,000,000 in fiscal
year 2007 are appropriated from the general fund to the Board of
Regents of the University of Minnesota for initiatives to
attract and retain students.
