Relating to agriculture; prohibiting the use or application of the pesticide atrazine after a certain date in certain areas of the state, restricting the rate of application in certain additional restricted areas and prohibiting the use of atrazine statewide after a certain later date, authorizing and providing for the commissioner of agriculture to issue written permits authorizing limited use of atrazine for bona fide research purposes; authorizing the commissioner to designate atrazine prohibited or restricted areas as necessary to protect health, safety and the environment
