Requiring the commissioner of education to select a certain number of school districts or district partnerships to assist other school districts in the same region with the development of thorough and effective teacher mentoring programs, requiring the use of geographic balance and proven teacher induction programs as criteria in selecting the schools mentoring schools regional sites, requiring the inclusion of the Brainerd teacher support system as one of the sites; specifying certain requirements of the selected sites and requiring commissioner annual review and reports to the legislature on the operation of the training centers
