Prohibiting the sale and commercial use of certain cribs after a certain date for child safety purposes; requiring the commissioner of human services to maintain a link from the department licensing division web site to the federal consumer product safety commission web site addressing crib safety information; requiring licensed child care providers to maintain certain documentation for cribs used by or accessible to children in day care, prohibiting use of or accessibility to undocumented cribs; requiring license holders to annually check crib brand names and model numbers against the consumer product safety commission web site listing unsafe cribs, specifying certain documentation requirements; requiring license holders periodic safety inspections of cribs used by or accessible to children, specifying certain documentation requirements and requiring immediate removal of cribs with unsafe conditions from use, requiring removal of the cribs from the area of child care services within a certain number of days for repair or destruction purposes; requiring commissioner documentation review under certain conditions and authorizing certain actions against license holders failing to comply with the requirements; providing an unsafe presumption; authorizing the retrofitting of unsafe cribs for sale under certain conditions, notice requirements and exceptions
