 relating to education finance; creating capital levy
authority for Independent School District No. 345, New
London-Spicer.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ROOF REPLACEMENT LEVY.

new text begin Independent School District No. 345, New London-Spicer, may
levy $150,000 each year for five years. The revenue generated
by this levy must be used for the roof replacement costs at the
Prairie Woods Elementary School.
