Minnesota Public Radio.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS.

$313,000 in fiscal year 2006 and $316,000 in fiscal year
2007 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of administration for equipment grants to Minnesota Public
Radio, Inc. Any unencumbered balance remaining the first year
for grants to Minnesota Public Radio, Inc. does not cancel and
is available for the second year.
