relating to education; authorizing a fund transfer for
Independent School District No. 347, Willmar.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79,
123B.80, and 475.61, subdivision 4, Independent School District
No. 347, Willmar, on June 30, 2005, may permanently transfer up
to $335,200 from its debt redemption funds to its unrestricted
general fund without making a levy reduction.
