assistance for Red Lake.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, to the commissioner of human
services for emergency assistance to the Red Lake Band of
Chippewa Indians including, but not limited to, counseling and
other social services and cleanup and repair of damaged
facilities.
