A bill for an act
relating to commerce; adding roofing contractors to
the building contractors recovery fund; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 326.842.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 326.842, is
amended to read:
326.842 ROOFERS.
Roofers are subject to all of the requirements of sections
326.83 to 326.98deleted text begin and 326.991, except the recovery fund in
section 326.975deleted text end .
Sec. 2. new text begin EFFECTIVE DATE.
