  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             grants to Twin Cities community voice mail. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.6      (a) $8,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of employment and economic development for a 
  1.8   onetime grant to Twin Cities community voice mail to develop an 
  1.9   on-line web-based client usage tracking and reporting program. 
  1.10     (b) $18,500 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.11  commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant 
  1.12  to Twin Cities community voice mail to provide for staffing, 
  1.13  training materials, travel expenses, and general operations.
