Relating to the classification and dissemination of government data; classifying certain data relating to employees of secure treatment or+ state correctional facilities or of the department of corrections directly +involved with supervision of offenders in the community, requiring disclosure +of private data under certain conditions; expanding the definition of program +for welfare data classification purposes to the temporary assistance for needy +families (TANF) and child care assistance programs; modifying certain +exceptions to welfare data protection including the authority to disclose certain +data to the department of revenue for administration and evaluation of tax +refund or credit programs; classifying data collected, used or disseminated by+ the welfare system relating to persons selected as legal nonlicensed +child care providers by families receiving child care assistance (ra)
