  1.2             relating to appropriations; restoring funding for the 
  1.3             Minnesota Historical Society. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $4,333,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   Minnesota Historical Society for the purposes specified in Laws 
  1.8   2003, chapter 128, article 10, section 8.  This appropriation is 
  1.9   available for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, and is 
  1.10  intended to restore the amount that was cut from the 
  1.11  appropriation to the Minnesota Historical Society in 2003.
