E Modifying the reporting system under the Minnesota adverse health + care events reporting act of 2003; expanding the exclusion of maltreatment+ of vulnerable adults from adverse health events to maltreatment of +minors and to neglect under both the minors or vulnerable adults maltreatment +reporting acts; modifying certain investigation requirements and classifying certain +data; requiring certain additional reports from the health related +licensing boards; exempting members and employees of the boards of medical practice, chiropractic examiners, pharmacy and podiatric medicine from +liability for making certain reports or for maintaining certain records, requiring +the boards to maintain records of events qualifying as adverse health care +events and to forward the reports to the commissioner of health; modifying the +notice requirement of the commissioner relating to implementation of the +reporting system (je, ja)
