Relating to local government; requiring the commissioner of iron +range resources and rehabilitation to deposit fees charged for public use +of and revenues derived from the operation or lease of facilities and from +the lease, sale or other disposition of undeveloped lands at the Giants Ridge +recreation area into an IRRRB account to be created in the state enterprise fund+ to pay for certain recreation area project costs; expanding the list of +authorized city or town special assessments for the collection of unpaid service+ charges to recovery of disbursements for payment of utility bills and other +services and to painting the exterior of residential structures to remedy +municipal housing code violations; authorizing the city of Hoyt Lakes to extend+ zoning and subdivision regulations to a certain area of the town of White +with the consent of the town(Ch. 275, 2004)
