Providing for the payment of claims against the state; appropriating +money to the commissioner of corrections for certain claims for injuries +suffered by and medical services provided to persons injured while performing +community service or sentence to service work for correctional purposes or while +incarcerated in correctional facilities and to the commissioner of natural resources +for payment to certain persons in Nicollet for expenses incurred during +the pendency of appeal of the public waters hearing panel decision as +full and final settlement of the claim, requiring the office of administrative+ hearings to assign an administrative law judge to determine the portion of a +certain designated wetland on the farm belonging to the individuals +considered a public waters wetland; appropriating money to the DNR commissioner for +payment to a certain timber products company in Wahkon as full and final +settlement for losses suffered as a result of a moratorium imposed on raising logs +from lake bottoms and to certain persons in Angle Inlet as full and final +settlement of the claim for reimbursement of trespass fines paid during settlement +of a land exchange(Ch. 271, 2004)
