removing the Duluth government service+ center from the responsibility of the commissioner to operate and maintain +certain buildings; increasing the threshold for projects requiring designer +selection board approval; modifying certain language under the state building +code relating to municipal agreements with the commissioner for code +administration and enforcement, authorizing the commissioner to direct the state +building official to assist communities affected by natural disasters with +building evaluation and other building code related activities;
