Requiring department of public safety driver and vehicle services +division notation on drivers licenses, permits or identification cards of sex +offenders required to register under the community notification law, requiring +the notation to identify the offender level; requiring the bureau of +criminal apprehension to cooperate with the division in promptly providing the information required to issue a license, permit or ID card; requiring+ the department to retain the information in the driver record until +expiration of the registration requirement; expanding the definition of law +enforcement agency to the BCA under predatory offender sentencing requirements +for receipt of reports and information for the database of predatory offenders +and requiring notices of release to the BCA (ra)
