  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $5,500,000 is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 
  1.7   2005, from the general fund to the commissioner of human 
  1.8   services for the Meals on Wheels and Congregate Dining program.
