  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to intergovernmental contracts; permitting 
  1.3             Beltrami county to contract with the state department 
  1.4             of corrections for the cost of secretarial support for 
  1.5             juvenile probation and parole services of the county.  
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [BELTRAMI COUNTY; STATE CORRECTIONS 
  1.8   DEPARTMENT.] 
  1.9      Beltrami county may make an agreement with the state 
  1.10  department of corrections to this effect:  the state department 
  1.11  of corrections will furnish employees of the state to provide 
  1.12  secretarial services to support juvenile probation and parole 
  1.13  services for Beltrami county and Beltrami county will pay the 
  1.14  state for the cost of the secretarial services.
