E Relating to health ARTICLE 1 "Woman's Right to Know Act"; requiring voluntary and informed consent+ before the performance of abortions; requiring physicians performing +abortions or referring physicians to provide certain information by telephone or +in person to the female a certain number of hours before the abortion, +exception for medical emergency, specifying informed consent and certification +requirements; requiring the commissioner of health to publish certain printed +materials relating to abortion and services available to pregnant females, +requiring a toll free number and specifying content requirements, requiring the +development and maintenance of a stable Internet web site to provide the +information; specifying certain physician reporting and commissioner reporting +form preparation and dissemination requirements, authorizing voluntary +reporting; specifying certain public statistics reporting requirements of the commissioner; providing civil remedies and for protection of privacy +in court proceedings; severability clause; providing for supreme court +jurisdiction over actions challenging constitutionality ARTICLE 2 Conforming a certain provision providing for public reporting by the commissioner of health of certain data relating to abortions to the +informed consent requirements; repealing a certain provision requiring +commissioner rules to establish a reporting system on terminated pregnancies, +rules adopted not to be repealed (ja)
