  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... in fiscal year 2004 is appropriated from the 
  1.8   general fund to the board of regents of the University of 
  1.9   Minnesota for the purposes of a collaborative biotechnology 
  1.10  center.
