Expanding the definition of community support services program under +the adult mental health act to certain education, consultation and support +services and certain transportation services for individuals with serious and +persistent mental illness, the definition of adult with acute mental illness to +persons with severe anxiety disorder and the definition of person with +serious and persistent mental illness to certain young adults eligible for +services as children under the children's mental health act; expanding required +county board children's mental health services to respite care services for +children with complex and challenging mental health and behavioral issues, +requiring counties to recruit and train respite care providers; requiring the commissioner of human services to annually increase medical +assistance (MA) reimbursement rates for adult residential program and adult and +family community support grants based on inflation to increase compensation +paid to certain employees, specifying certain provider plan requirements and +expanding the definition of mental health professional for medical assistance +coverage purposes; expanding medical assistance coverage to staff +transportation costs of home visits to persons with serious and persistent mental illness +and to certain mental health evaluation and management, clinical +supervision, consultation and outpatient and rehabilitative services and modifying+ the reimbursement formula; increasing reimbursement rates for mental +health clinics, requiring the commissioner to implement a settle up +procedure to pay mental health centers and clinics for services provided to prepaid +medical assistance and general assistance medical care (GAMC) and +MinnesotaCare program enrollees, specifying certain procedure requirements (ja)
