  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [160.233] [NATIVE GRASS SEEDS; EXPENDITURE 
  1.8   PROHIBITED.] 
  1.9      A road authority may not spend money from the trunk highway 
  1.10  fund, county state-aid highway fund, or municipal state-aid 
  1.11  street fund to purchase native grass seeds.
