  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; modifying a posting requirement; 
  1.3             amending Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 340A.318, 
  1.4             subdivision 3. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 340A.318, 
  1.7   subdivision 3, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 3.  [POSTING; NOTICE.] Verified lists or statements 
  1.9   required by subdivision 2 shall be posted by the commissioner in 
  1.10  offices of the department in places available for public 
  1.11  inspection not later than the day Monday following receipt.  
  1.12  Documents posted shall constitute notice to every distiller, 
  1.13  manufacturer, or wholesaler of the information posted.  Actual 
  1.14  notice, however received, also constitutes notice.
