  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of St. Paul 
  1.3             to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for 
  1.4             the Minnesota Centennial Showboat.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LICENSE AUTHORIZED.] 
  1.7      The city of St. Paul may issue an on-sale intoxicating 
  1.8   liquor license for the Minnesota Centennial Showboat, moored at 
  1.9   110 Yacht Club Road, Harriet Island, notwithstanding any law, 
  1.10  local ordinance, or charter provision.  The license must be 
  1.11  issued to a holder of a river tour boat license under Minnesota 
  1.12  Statutes, section 340A.404, subdivision 8.  The license 
  1.13  authorizes sales on all days of the week.
