Modifying certain licensure or certification requirements for +architects, engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, geoscientists and +interior designers; providing for license or certificate expiration and for +renewal or reinstatement with the board of architecture, engineering, land +surveying, landscape architecture, geoscience and interior design, specifying +certain application and continuing education requirements; modifying and +clarifying certain exemptions from continuing education requirements and the +consequences for noncompliance with the requirements, exempting persons called to +active military duty and serving for a certain period of time from the +requirements; repealing certain provisions providing for delayed renewal and +continuing education forms and the continuing education requirements for +reinstatement of lapsed licenses (Ch. 85, 2003)
