Regulating telephone company services promotions and packages; +specifying a time limit for promotional benefits to particular customers; +eliminating certain promotional notice content and filing requirements, requiring+ filing only upon request of the department of commerce, the public utilities commission (PUC) or the attorney general to determine compliance with+ legal requirements; authorizing telephone companies to offer +telecommunications services as part of a package of services (bundled service) and to +establish prices, terms or conditions of the packages, exceptions; making +permanent certain provisions providing for alternative regulation of telephone +companies and exempting certain utility owned and recycling vehicles from +certain highway weight restrictions (Ch. 97, 2003)
