  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to housing; the housing finance agency; 
  1.3             appropriating money to the family homeless prevention 
  1.4             and assistance program. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $2,600,000 is appropriated to the housing finance agency 
  1.8   from the general fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, 
  1.9   for transfer to the housing development fund for the family 
  1.10  homeless prevention and assistance program under Minnesota 
  1.11  Statutes, section 462A.204.  This appropriation is in addition 
  1.12  to any other appropriation and shall become part of the agency's 
  1.13  base.
