Modifying certain requirements for the use of experienced aides at +child care centers for human services licensing purposes; modifying the time +limit for unsupervised care; imposing certain CPR training and modifying +certain experience requirements; eliminating the requirement for notice to +the commissioner of human services of the approximate number of hours of unsupervised care; requiring the posting of notices in classrooms +using experienced aides identifying the staff member and requiring records+ of experienced aide usage to be kept on site and given to the +commissioner upon request; limiting use of the aides (Ch. 57, 2003)
