Relating to municipal planning; authorizing and providing for certain+ cities or towns to prescribe fees or refer to a fee schedule to defray the +costs of reviewing, investigating and administering applications for permits +or amendments to official controls, authorizing adoption of a fee +schedule by ordinance or resolution annually or more frequently following +publication of notice of proposed action before a public hearing to consider action +on or approval of the fee schedule, authorizing cities or towns collecting +more than a certain amount of fees annually to prescribe a fee schedule by +ordinance after notice and public hearing (Ch. 93, 2003)
