  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [DIRECTION TO COMMISSIONER.] 
  1.6      The commissioner of health shall obtain approval of the 
  1.7   legislature before submitting the notice of adoption to the 
  1.8   State Register for proposed Minnesota Rules, parts 4653.0100 to 
  1.9   4653.1400. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
