  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; appropriating money for 
  1.3             joint use building in Pennington county. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $4,450,000 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to 
  1.7   the commissioner of transportation to design, construct, 
  1.8   furnish, and equip a building in Pennington county for the joint 
  1.9   use of the county of Pennington and departments of 
  1.10  transportation, public safety, and natural resources for vehicle 
  1.11  maintenance and vehicle storage.  This appropriation remains 
  1.12  available and does not lapse.
