Authorizing and providing for the commissioner of human services to +initiate capitated risk based managed care options (pilots) for waivered, day +training and habilitation and intermediate care facility (ICF/MR) services for+ persons with mental retardation or related conditions under medical +assistance (MA), authorizing certain variances, specifying certain limits and +requiring commissioner reports to the legislature on financial and program +results and before pilot project expansion, sunset provision; requiring the +commissioner to notify the revisor of statutes of the implementation date of the +pilot project (Ch. 47, 2003)
