E Modifying certain state and local government unit auditing and reporting requirements; requiring local government units collecting waste management fees to annually report on revenue collection and use to the office of environmental assistance; requiring agency reports on the disposition of forfeited property under the criminal code to the office of strategic and long range planning in lieu of the state auditor, requiring annual office director reports on forfeitures to the legislature; repealing the requirement for the state auditor to collect from counties, cities and certain school districts information on expenditures for legal services relating to certain settlements, judgments or lawsuits (ra, ja) (Ch. 309, 2002 VETO)
