E Providing for the construction of a major league baseball park in the city of St. Paul as a partnership between the state, a major league baseball team and the city to retain major league baseball in the state and enhance economic development, baseball park to be owned by the city; appropriating money to the city and authorizing the issuance of state bonds for construction of the park; authorizing the city to impose liquor, food or entertainment taxes for payment of principal and interest on the bonds, limit; requiring and providing for the city to impose and maintain an admission tax and or ticket surcharge on activities at the baseball park; requiring the city to retain the naming rights to the park and all revenue associated with the rights, requiring use of revenue generated from the sale, lease or transfer of naming rights for payment of principal and interest on the bonds; taxes sunset provision (je, ja)
