Authorizing and providing for school boards to appoint students to serve as advisory members to the boards; requiring the boards to establish the criteria and process for student selection and responsibilities; requiring appointed student advisory members to attend school full time within the district and specifying the term of service and authority; requiring the commissioner of children, families and learning to evaluate the impact of allowing student advisory members to serve on local school boards and to report evaluation findings to the legislature by a certain date(ra)
