  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the city of Meadowlands; providing for the 
  1.3             forgiveness of a loan. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [LOAN FORGIVENESS.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the energy 
  1.7   investment loan obtained by the Toivola-Meadowlands charter 
  1.8   school through the city of Meadowlands in the amount of $28,397 
  1.9   is forgiven.
