Modifying certain provisions relating to the department of administration; subjecting executive branch employees involved in the grant process to the code of ethics applicable to employees involved in procurement; providing for review by the commissioner of administration under contested case procedures of applicants denied licensure for field archaeology and transferring certain duties relating to field archaeologists from the Indian affairs council and the director of the Minnesota historical society to the commissioner; repealing certain obsolete technology provisions and the statutory authority for the citizens council on voyageurs national park(Ch. 298, 2002)
