Modifying certain provisions governing the environment and natural resources trust fund; eliminating the requirement for the legislative commission on Minnesota resources to convene a resources congress, authorizing the gathering of information by the LCMR relating to establishing funding priorities and by the advisory committee during development of the draft strategic plan from public forums; modifying the availability of funds for disbursement; requiring transfer to the state of ownership interest in real property for failure of the recipient of money from the fund or from the Minnesota future resources fund to comply with land acquisition restrictions; specifying certain notice of funding agreement requirements of funding recipients (Ch. 225, 2002)
