ARTICLE 1 CHILDREN AND FAMILY SUPPORT Section 1: "Child care services" defined. Sec. 2: "Service period" defined. Sec. 3: County and human services boards no longer authorized to establish policies for payment of child care spaces in certain instances. Sec. 4: Conforming changes. Sec. 5: Assistance calculation procedure modified. Sec. 6: Commissioner evaluation of program no longer required. Sec. 7: Eligibility requirements for child care assistance specified: household income must be less than or equal to 225 percent of the federal poverty level, adjusted for family size.
