  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; SCHOOL STABILITY PROJECT.] 
  1.6      $3,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.7   biennium ending June 30, 2003, for transfer to the housing 
  1.8   development fund for the school stability project under 
  1.9   Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.204, subdivision 8.
