  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [DISPLACED HOMEMAKERS PROGRAM; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $4,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.7   biennium ending June 30, 2003, to the commissioner of economic 
  1.8   security for the displaced homemakers program under Minnesota 
  1.9   Statutes, section 268.96.
