  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [MINNESOTA NEW TEACHER PROJECT; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $....... in fiscal year 2002 and $....... in fiscal year 
  1.7   2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.8   of children, families, and learning for the Minnesota new 
  1.9   teacher project under Laws 2000, chapter 489, article 6, section 
  1.10  42.
