  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of trade and economic development for a grant to 
  1.8   Gopher State Ethanol to be used to pay for installation of odor 
  1.9   control equipment.  The grant is available for the fiscal year 
  1.10  ending June 30, 2002.
