  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; QUAD-LAKES PROJECT.] 
  1.6      $500,000 is appropriated in the biennium ending June 30, 
  1.7   2003, from the general fund to the board of water and soil 
  1.8   resources for a grant to the Blue Earth county soil and water 
  1.9   conservation district for the Quad-Lakes project.
