  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $100,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.7   biennium ending June 30, 2003, to the department of trade and 
  1.8   economic development for grants to eligible municipalities under 
  1.9   the wastewater infrastructure program established in Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, section 446A.072.
