  1.3             compulsive gambling treatment and education. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [COMPULSIVE GAMBLING; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $750,000 is appropriated from the lottery prize fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of human services for a grant to reconstruct 
  1.8   project turnabout in Granite Falls destroyed by the Granite 
  1.9   Falls tornado.  This appropriation is available until June 30, 
  1.10  2003, and does not become part of the base.
