"Minnesota Nuclear Responsibility Act of 2000"; reactivating the governor's nuclear waste council as the Minnesota nuclear waste council and modifying membership requirements and duties, providing an expiration date; modifying certain purposes and the termination of the nuclear fission electrical generating plant assessment and the additional cask limits for the Prairie Island nuclear generating plant; releasing the public utility operating the Prairie Island plant from certain contractual obligations; appropriating money to the director of the office of strategic and long range planning for the nuclear waste council; repealing the alternative spent nuclear fuel storage site requirement (mk)
