  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the Minnesota commission serving deaf and hard of 
  1.4             hearing people. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION FOR THE MINNESOTA COMMISSION 
  1.7   SERVING DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING PEOPLE.] 
  1.8      $225,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and 
  1.9   $225,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2002, are 
  1.10  appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human 
  1.11  services for the Minnesota commission serving deaf and hard of 
  1.12  hearing people to carry out the duties under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.13  section 256C.28.
