  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to local government; appropriating money for 
  1.3             aeration of Indian lake in Wright county. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      (a) $15,000 is appropriated from the general fund to Wright 
  1.7   county for a grant to the Indian lake improvement district to 
  1.8   conduct biologically enhanced aeration treatment on Indian lake. 
  1.9      (b) This appropriation is available only if matched by an 
  1.10  equal amount from nonstate sources.
